3 DETACHABLE LEGS
Every current and future tripod in the Legends Range, whether for travel, video, or landscape, comes with detachable legs, enabling conversion to table-top or low-level shooting (footwear sold separately). The legs can also be used as a monopod, boom or extension arm, and can be joined to the centre column.
O-PADS
As the only tripod company ever to offer an alternative to the usual rubber grips, we've taken our adhesive pads to a new level with O-Pads. The combination of design and pattern provide better grip and water dissipation than any other leg lock.
RAPID-LATCH
The Rapid-Latch levers are designed to enable those with disabilities or mobility restrictions to easily and comfortably change the leg angles. Tested with winter gloves in ferocious temperatures, the Rapid-Latch locks can be gripped in your fist and still operate.
FROM PHOTO TO VIDEO
Legends Range has an innovative sprit, with a range of products for both photo and video. Legends launched with levelling base tripods, Mike & Jay; the first of its kind sized for travel, and now includes Ray and Bucky with the awesome AirHed Vu.
Legends comes with a new range of precision engineered, innovative photo and video heads. These are designed to be rugged, versatile, and easy-to-use. AirHed Vu ballhead and AirHed Cine pan and tilt head shown.
Our contoured levelling base included on our Jay and Mike tripods features an easy-to-use friction control that enables users to finely-adjust the positioning. It also has dual thread mounts for addition of an Airhed or mounting direct to camera.
One of the biggest innovations in the Legends Range is the introduction of anti-rotation shims (Chicken Lips). We've expanded upon our previous design to enable a single shim with two internal key-lines, preventing the leg tubing from accidental rotation, which in turn enables stronger locking and greater rigidity.
INTERCHANGEABLE FOOTWEAR
Supplied with rubber Bootz, the Legends range can be used with all of our beautifully crafted foot accessories. Each type has a 1/4" stainless steel thread, with a 3/8" sleeve adapter for universal compatibility.
